Cherith International is caring for orphans, less-privileged children and vulnerable
people in Nawalapitiya, a small town located in the central mountains
of Sri Lanka. Nawalapitiya is home to a multi-ethnic and
multi-religious community with a diverse culture.
Many families
in this mountainous area are living on the breadline. Children
are adversely affected by the poverty. Helping them to
achieve a
better future is a main focus of Cherith’s programs. Please
read how
Cherith International is assisting the less fortunate in various ways
and how you can become part of it.
